We tried coming here three times and every time because of the waitlist, either it's too long (4 hours) or the waitlist closes, so I recommend going in person 2 hours before you planned to eat to put your name down. Finally, we were able to get to try it on our 4th attempt. The waitlist closed so we went in person to put our name down and the wait was still 2 hours. We came back after 2 hours and after 5 min we got seated. We got set C- Kobe! So good! I wanted sushi so i ordered a few rolls and they were actually really good. Super fresh and perfect portion of 4 pieces. We didn't take pics because we were so hungry we were too focused on eating. However I know for sure the know the Kobe Beef carpaccio and salmon carpaccio are immaculate. So fresh and tender with great pairing sauces. The tuna poke also super good and fresh. The tempura was so good, light airy perfect batter ratio! Loved the lobster roll, baked salmon roll, can't remember which others but all in all super good. Now the Kobe beef set C: Marinated Prime Kalbi was the star of the show! All the Kobe options were amazing and melted in our tongues. A must is the pork toro! No words- just the Smokey flavor from the grill with the crispness and tenderness melts in your mouth. The best I ever had!! Seaweed with sushi rice paired well with the meats. Corn cheese OMG! the cheese so good melts stretch so so so good! We just ordered the things we liked over and over but 10/10!!! This place does not miss and lives up to the anticipation and wait :) totally worth 4 hrs honestly a must try :)) Also, the ventilation system is really good and surprisingly not smelly and not too much smell on the clothes !

I have only visited here and Master Kim. Probably prefer Master Kim more. Service is great. Good food but I really need green lettuce since all the meat are fairly oil.

Do recommend making reservations or joining waitlist in advance to avoid long waiting times We were there just 5 mins past before they put up a 30-45 mins waiting list and that is already consider short, other times i've heard are generally 2-3 hours long 3 menus to choose from and wide selection, it's our 2nd time returning here when visiting Vegas in 2023 and 2024. We went the menu with Kobe beef cuts this time and wow , though you can only order once per person. We did not do any of the sushi or ramen this time around as we were here on a mission, AYCE quality beef cuts. We were here just enough time to try out one AYCE kbbq place and then heard the newly open AYCE Wagyu beef place opened. That will be our mission next time in town Refillable soft drinks and side dishes and don't forget their dessert at the end is unlimited s'mores! Small bite side portions and check in onto Yelp for their free ice cream too! Nice place for family dinner or date, it's loud however very chill place and good ventilation.

Absolutely love this place. They have so many options! I really liked the fact that they had sushi! Staff was very friendly and helpful with suggestions.i forgot to take a picture of my drink but the strawberry mojito was my favorite. It's very family friendly too. Perfect for a date night or a fun night out with friends. Food was 10/10

888 Japanese BBQ was such a good experience! Beware the wait is LONG. You can sign up on their Yelp waitlist but if it closes, you'll have to come in to put your name down. When you walk in, you can already sense it's a nice bbq place. (We actually saw Dabin eat here too lol) we got the highest set menu and were excited for their unlimited sushi and beef. Beware some items are limited orders. Overall, it was a great experience - and the food was good. It was sometimes a bit hard to flag down a waiter but they were super packed during EDC weeknd so it was a bit expected. Definitely would come back!

This review is long overdue. Been here many times and never disappointed. Except for the long wait, it's my favorite place to go. Every time I came for dinner, the wait was over an hour, sometimes closer to two hours. Often times the waitlist on Yelp is turned off because it's already too full. The only sure way to get in without too long of a wait is to get there before they open. I have only gone for the Kobe option every time I have been here, hard to beat the price and the meat quality. Besides the Kobe beef, Kobe beef belly, Kobe fatty ribs, and marinated prime Kalbi,etc., I also love their Kobe beef carpaccio and salmon carpaccio. They also have a wide variety of rolls, tofu soup, and noodles. Service is usually very prompt even though it's all you can eat. The ambience is always lively and joyful. This place is surely highly recommended!

Great food, family lovrd it as they are sushi lovers and wife cannot eat sushi so the Kobe option was the best. Besides having to wait for a seat since no reservations and a good amount of people who love this place. Have taken other family and they all loved it, FYI they were skeptical at first.
